Jacqueline has performed in executive roles, such as Project Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, in leading companies within the Real Estate and Fashion industries for more than 20 years.

As a manager she has lead teams, understanding their dynamics and facilitating their actions. More recently, in her C-Suite role, Jacqueline was responsible for ensuring marketing operations aligned with the established plans and policies of the companies and groups.

As a consultant, she has worked for the Spanish Chambers of Commerce assessing their performancein competitiveness, innovation, internationalization, and mediation of Spanish companies.

Her profession led her to travel and work in different European countries, America, and the Middle East.

In her groups and individual coaching practices, Jacqueline takes into account the structural aspects of organizations, linked to individuals in significant emotional and psychological ways. She has experience practicing with executives from both the public and private sectors and industries such as automobile, cosmetics, chemicals, banking, and engineering, coaching in English, French, Spanish and Catalan. 

Jacqueline is an organizational psychologist from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in Barcelona. She holds diplomas in Marketing and in Business, and the Program for Leadership Development from IESE Business School in Barcelona. She is certified in Coaching for Leadership and Professional Development from The Tavistock Human Relations Institute in London, INSEAD Coaching Certificate and Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University Division of Continuing Education in Cambridge.

Born and raised in Spain, she lives in Paris with her husband, daughter and son, and cat. In her free time Jacqueline enjoys natureand spending time with family and friends.
